CHOOSE YOUR PROFILE

Exchange student: Erasmus

Your University and our Faculty have agreed to exchange students according to the principles and conditions of the Erasmus programme (the higher education section of the EU’s Lifelong Learning Programme). Your University has to provide us with your personal details so that we can give you access to the registration database.

Exchange student: bilateral agreement

Your University and our Faculty have agreed to exchange students according to the principles and conditions set out in a bilateral agreement* and within this frame you are nominated by your home University for a study stay at CPS. You have to apply through this application form.

*Students nominated as double degree candidates should also apply under these conditions.

PREPARE YOUR APPLICATION

Exchange students, both Erasmus and those coming within a bilateral agreement, have to prepare a complete application. This consists of:

  • Your learning agreement.
  • Your transcript of records (in English or Spanish)
  • Credential of your command of Spanish (mandatory for application to courses lectured in Spanish)
  • Two photos (26mm x 32mm)
  • The receipt of your on-line application form (only students coming within bilateral agreements)
  • CV and motivation letter (only students wishing to carry out their master thesis)

A THOROUGH LEARNING AGREEMENT

Although your studies here may depend on your academic results and you probably don’t know them by the time of applying, you must try to propose a suitable learning agreement. This means that:

you have to carefully read the information on our undergraduate programmes and select courses lectured in the semester you are applying for

you have to pay attention to the contents and credits of the courses selected so that the academic advisor at your Faculty may accept the compromise of a farther academic recognition.

you have to select courses taught in our Faculty, we cannot guarantee your enrolment on those read in other Faculties, applying for such kind of courses will delay the acceptance process.

SEND YOUR APPLICATION

We need your application to be sent by the International Office of your University/Faculty, we do not consider applications directly sent by students. It is also extremely important to respect our deadlines

Deadlines:
